Built in 1972 by Evan Shogren (Chris' dad) — a local general contractor — Shogren Apartments has been a cornerstone of quality living in Lindström for more than fifty years.
Evan and his wife, Helen, proudly managed the property for over 35 years. As second‑generation owners, we are honored to carry forward their legacy of excellence in apartment living, continuing the tradition since February 2008.
