We pride ourselves on providing a quiet building for our residents. Besides quality construction which minimizes noises between units, solid core unit entry doors reduce hallway noise, and energy efficient windows greatly reduce outdoor noises from being heard inside of your unit. All residents are asked to sign a Good Neighbor Agreement.
Yes - as required by law, 80% of the apartments must be occupied by at least one resident who is 55 years of age or older.
For the health and well being of all residents, all apartments, common areas and the grounds are smoke free. No smoking or vaping of any kind are permitted. All units are rented as "No Smoking" units and all residents, staff, and visitors must adhere to the no-smoking policy. All residents are required to sign a Smoke Free Addendum.
No pets are allowed to be kept in the building.
The main entrances to the building are locked 24 hours a day for the safety and security of our residents. The building is also monitored by interior and exterior security cameras. A security lock system allows residents to use their telephone to admit their guests entrance into the building.
Yes, we offer off-street parking for our residents in a well lighted lot accessible from the rear of the building. Entrance/Exit is on Newell Avenue.
Coin operated washers and dryers are available for the convenience of our residents.· New front loading washers were installed in the fall 2016.
No, the building does not have an elevator. However, the Bronson Avenue entrance is free of stairs to enter the building. There are stairs however coming from the parking lot in the rear of the building. The building has a total of three levels with stairs between the first and second floors and between the first floor and the lower level. The laundry room is located in the lower level.
Our 19.36 kW Solar Panel installation was installed on the south facing portion of our roof in March 2023. Generation of electricity began on May 18, 2023. The 49 solar panels power the house meter, including all exterior lights, hallway lights and the washers and dryers. Excess generation is sold to the utility.
